Founded in 1996, this new BA-PIRC partner is developing an energy-efficient community in Harmony, Florida. Homes are designed to meet FGBC, ENERGY STAR, and Florida Water Star standards. In December 2010, company leaders approached BA-PIRC with an interest in building a maximized energy efficient home in 2011.
