BA-PIRC Partnership with
Homark Company

This BA-PIRC partner and builder produced 20 Energy Star HUD-code homes placed in MN, ND and WI. Researchers tested one home in May 2007 and one in 2008 to comply with the MHRA Energy Star program and tax rebates. In addition, they diagnosed a HUD home with moisture problems. BA-PIRC has since concluded all partnership activities with this builder.
